The Inch Hotel

Gourmet mains include roasted stone bass with peppers, courgette, fennel, artichoke aioli and baby gem, or breast of Gressingham duck with glazed endive, baby beetroot, confit potatoes and pickled cherries. Vegetarians can savour dishes like the herb polenta with courgette, peppers, basil and tomato.

If you have room for dessert, then you might be tempted by sweet, juicy Blairgowrie strawberries with elderflower crème & basil meringue, or the chef’s selection of locally-sourced cheese with homemade chutney, grapes and oatcakes.

Soak up the romance of Loch Lomond

The Great Glen Way walking route is right on the doorstep of The Inch Hotel, should you feel like a bracing hike. Fort Augustus village is also close by and is home to The Clansman Centre, Caledonian Canal Centre and a 19th century abbey.

Plus you will have the whole of the rest of Loch Lomond to explore, including woodlands filled with red deer and the charming Luss Heritage Path. Other attractions include the Bird of Prey Centre, Sea Life Centre and loch cruises.
