Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policy is 72 hours (3 calendar days) before date of arrival. Check-in between 3pm and 7:30 pm (arrivals out with these times by arrangement only) Check out is by 11 am. Limited on site parking for resident guests only, first come first serve basis on arrival. Paid on street parking also readily available. Pets unfortunately cannot be accommodated. We are only able to accommodate children over 12 years of age only as resident guests. There are three Guest Floors; the ground floor of this Victorian property is raised and only accessible via 10 outer stone steps, as such we are unable to accommodate wheelchair users. One guest bedroom is located on the ground floor.
