    Slow service

Food was good, atmosphere was OK, music was a bit loud, luckily our table was outside. Noise level would be OK for later but not at 5pm when you meet friends for drink and catch up. Service was terrible, had to ask 4 times for our drinks, very embarrassed as had friend over from New York. We asked our server twice for drinks, these did not appear, then asked another server, she told us she would sort it as our server was now on a break. Had to go inside and ask again, this time the server Natalie brought the drinks with 5 mins of requesting them again. We then went to pay bill which had incurred a 10% service charge, which we asked to removed due to bad service, the manager replied it was not staffs fault, they were having issues with computer system, orders not going to the bar, no one had advised issues with system. The only person who apologised was Natalie, Manager did not apologise.
