  The service at Barca was good and fast too and I was impressed as it was my first time visiting. The only negative was that I found a hair in my steak sandwich. I was given a fresh one which I decided to eat only because I was dreadfully hungry. I was a bit disappointed at the fact that I was only offered an apology from the waitress - the chef/manager is known to do so in these situations - and was offered no discount when the bill arrived. I feel that Barca has the potential to be a good restaurant but I would not go back and would not recommend it either.
