  What's happened to Frattelli Sarti's? I booked on 5pm and got the pre theatre deal £11 for 2 courses with the option to add a course which makes it £15. Confusion right from the start as they didn't have me on their list. After I showed them my booking on my phone they sat us down at a nice table but I'm afraid that's where the positives end. Unhappy, bordering on rude staff telling us that if we're on a diet we could have the prawn salad. I laughed and thought how rude. Asked for 2 forks for the pudding and were brought 2 spoons and told maybe I would want a fork. Confusing wine menu. Ordered wine which shows the price as £19.95 with no other price beside it and then find out that's the price for half a bottle. Not nice Mr Sarti, not nice at all! But the most disappointing thing of all was the food! a tasteless prawn salad with ill prepared prawns. A tiny bowl of pasta and a dry Tirimasu. What's happened here this used to be one of the best Italian restaurants in Glasgow. We felt because we was a pre theatre customers we were second best. Would think twice before we would go back and if we do it'll be a long time as the completion is too good. Poor all round, very poor indeed!
