Grosvenor Casino and Grill - The Riverboat Review

    I booked this with a wee bit of trepidation for my wife's birthday meal! Reviews on the whole were good and I have never been let down by them in the past. Seemed a bit strange going to a casino for dinner. Meal was great: scallops for starters were cooked perfectly, my wife's king prawns (one of her favourite dishes) put a smile on her face as did the sea bass (her favourite dish). My steak was cooked blue as I like it (although could have benefited from a bit more colour). Service was attentive but not obtrusive. Nice wee touch was the 'happy birthday' balloons on the table when we arrived.
