The Shandon Belles Review

  • Rating Disappointing service (Rating 3.6/5)
    The leek and goat's cheese starter was excellent; the sardines rather disappointing. Main courses were excellent. Chocolate desserts also very good, though sticky toffee pudding suffered slightly from too much sponge and not enough toffee sauce or custard. Nonetheless, a good value meal, undermined by haphazard service needing constant reminders. Meal took 2.5 hours as a result.
