Four-star hotel set in beautiful grounds
- Located on the outskirts of the pretty village of Gatehouse of Fleet on the Solway coast, Cally Palace Hotel is set in over 150 acres of beautiful grounds.
- Entering through the oak doors, the grandeur of the hotel is immediately apparent, step back to a time of period style and elegance while enjoying all the modern comforts of this four star hotel.
- The hotel has 56 bedrooms, combining spacious accommodation with views of the estate grounds and the countryside beyond, as well as its own exclusive golf course, and indoor leisure complex with swimming pool.
Stay with optional spend
- This offer is for two people to stay in a twin or double room with a full Scottish breakfast each morning, available seven days, with a £20 supplement for Saturdays.
- There are options for a one night stay, and a one or two night stay with £50 food and drink spend on the first night.
- All options include a relaxing late check-out, and use of the leisure facilities.
- Guests opting to dine will have a menu that may be subject to changes, but look a bit like this:
- Starters
- Chargrilled halloumi with beetroot paint, watercress salad and black olive dressing
- Smoked mackerel mousse with charred shallots, new potatoes and smoked yoghurt
- Chicken liver parfait with Madeira jelly, brioche crumble, oatcakes and Cumberland sauce
- Mains
- Butternut squash & pine nut risotto with vegetable crisps and olive oil
- Chicken breast stuffed with tarragon mousse, smoked bacon mash, savoy cabbage, thyme jus, shallot and roast garlic puree
- Grilled Scottish trout fillet with Bombay potato, cumin roast cauliflower and coriander cream
- Desserts
- Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream
- Warm chocolate brownie with chocolate sauce, brandy soaked cherries and raspberry sorbet
- Blood orange parfait with gin-soaked mandarins and vanilla anglaise

Important Information
The Deal is for 2 people to stay in a classic twin or double room with full Scottish breakfast each morning, use of leisure facilities + late check-out.
Option 1 is for an overnight stay.
Option 2 is for an overnight stay with £50 food & drink spend.
Option 3 is for a 2 night stay with £50 food & drink spend on the 1st night.
Dinner spend to be used in 1 visit; the menu is subject to change. There will be no refunds of unused credit and credit may not be carried forward.
Rooms may be upgraded for a per room, per night supplement: deluxe room (£30); forest wing (£10). Please contact the hotel direct to discuss upgrades, as these are subject to availability and a noted request does not guarantee an upgrade.
Check-in from 3pm; late-check out by noon.
Multiple purchases permitted and may be used consecutively, subject to availability. Must be purchased and booked separately.
Children welcome. Children are classed as aged 14 and under, paying for all meals as taken. Rooms must be upgraded to a family room for a £30 supplement per night to accommodate children. Supplement includes breakfast.
Dogs charged at £10 per pet, per night. Not allowed in public areas. Max 2 pets.
