• Expect starters such as crispy calamari with lemon, rocket and tartare sauce and smoked baby beetroot with mascarpone cheese and tarragon dressing. Main courses might feature the pan-seared sea bream with saffron mash, baby spinach, bacon lardons, chestnuts and lobster glaze or the chargrilled rump of lamb with potato gnocchi, fine beans, black olives and thyme jus.
