Once a St Vincent Street bank, the red sandstone building has been given a stunning refurbishment by the Spanish designer Lazaro Rosa Violan. The restaurant’s design emphasizes the Celtic heritage shared by Northern Spain and Scotland, and includes a set of Asturian bagpipes. At the time of writing, it is the eighth Ibérica restaurant in the UK but the first in Scotland.
