• Created by the team behind Vroni’s on West Nile Street, Malo Wine & Negroni bar in Bothwell Street and the newly-opened wine bar Sur Lie in the Southside, Ralph and Finns is a sleek restaurant and bar on Glasgow’s St Vincent Place.

• Housed in the former Scottish HQ of the Bank of England, mixing timeless elegance with playful touches, acclaimed chef Kevin O’Neill promises classic dishes, bold flavours and an added international influence, with dishes created using Scottish produce.

• This Big Deal is for two people to enjoy a three course meal with choice of drink each, available Sunday to Friday from January to mid-April.

• Taking Ralph and Finns in a contemporary direction, guests should expect a Big Deal menu like the following:

• Starters

• Soup of the day with artisan bread
• Duck liver parfait with pickled mushrooms, pistachio & duck fat crouton
• Mackerel pâté with fennel, cucumber & dill salad
• Roast carrots with goats cheese mousse, lemon, caramelised panko

• Mains

• Free range chicken Kiev with creamed potato, thyme roasted onion, shallot marmalade & red wine sauce
• Shetland coley with morcilla, chorizo, tomato and crispy potato
• Slow cooked spiced lamb shoulder with polenta, tomato & mint salad
• Roast beetroot tart with filo pastry, feta and balsamic

• Desserts

• Tonka bean crème brûlée with shortbread
• Sticky toffee pudding with butterscotch sauce and vanilla ice cream
• Dark chocolate cremeux with hazelnut praline and caramel sauce

• Drink choices include a selected cocktail, glass of fizz, bottle of Peroni or soft drink each.

• ‘Visited for the first time. The food was excellent value for money and lovely. Loved the relaxing atmosphere and stayed for drinks after the meal. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, would definitely return and recommend to others.’
